FamilyWallet ("ứng dụng") là app quản lý chi tiêu chung cho gia đình. Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này mô tả dữ liệu ứng dụng thu thập và cách sử dụng.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Dữ liệu tài chính bạn nhập: tên giao dịch, số tiền, danh mục, ví, ghi chú, ngày. Đây là dữ liệu bạn chủ động tạo.
- Thông tin thành viên: tên và ảnh đại diện (nếu bạn thêm) của các thành viên trong nhóm gia đình.
- Định danh tài khoản: một mã người dùng ẩn danh (Firebase Authentication). Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng Apple, chúng tôi lưu định danh Apple để bạn khôi phục dữ liệu khi đổi máy. Chúng tôi không lưu tên hay email Apple của bạn.
- Dữ liệu quảng cáo: ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo qua Google AdMob, có thể thu thập định danh thiết bị và dữ liệu sử dụng để phục vụ quảng cáo.
2. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore): lưu và đồng bộ dữ liệu giữa các thiết bị trong gia đình.
- Google AdMob: hiển thị quảng cáo.
- Google Gemini (qua Firebase AI Logic): khi bạn dùng tính năng nhập giao dịch bằng ngôn ngữ tự nhiên, nội dung bạn nhập được gửi tới Google để phân tích thành giao dịch.
- Nhận dạng giọng nói của Apple: khi bạn dùng nhập bằng giọng nói, âm thanh có thể được xử lý bởi dịch vụ của Apple.

3. Quyền truy cập thiết bị
- Camera: để quét mã QR gia đình và chụp ảnh đại diện.
- Micro & Nhận dạng giọng nói: để nhập giao dịch bằng lời nói.
- Thư viện ảnh: để chọn ảnh đại diện (chỉ ảnh bạn chọn).
4. Chúng tôi KHÔNG
- Bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bên thứ ba.
- Thu thập vị trí chính xác của bạn.
- Yêu cầu thông tin nhạy cảm ngoài những gì nêu trên.
5. Lưu trữ & xoá dữ liệu
Dữ liệu được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn và trên máy chủ Google Firebase. Bạn có thể:
- Xoá dữ liệu trên máy này (Cài đặt → Xoá dữ liệu trên máy).
- Chủ nhóm có thể xoá vĩnh viễn toàn bộ dữ liệu nhóm gia đình khỏi máy chủ.
- Xoá tài khoản của bạn ngay trong ứng dụng, thao tác này xoá định danh tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan.
6. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
7. Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Thay đổi sẽ được đăng tại trang này.

FamilyWallet ("the app") is a shared family expense tracker. We respect your privacy. This policy describes what data the app collects and how it is used.
1. Data we collect
- Financial data you enter: transaction titles, amounts, categories, wallets, notes, dates — data you actively create.
- Member information: names and avatar images (if you add them) of your family group members.
- Account identifier: an anonymous user ID (Firebase Authentication). If you sign in with Apple, we store your Apple identifier so you can restore data on a new device. We do not store your Apple name or email.
- Advertising data: the app shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads.
2. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore): stores and syncs data across your family's devices.
- Google AdMob: displays advertisements.
- Google Gemini (via Firebase AI Logic): when you use natural-language transaction entry, your input is sent to Google to be parsed into transactions.
- Apple Speech Recognition: when you use voice entry, audio may be processed by Apple's services.

3. Device permissions
- Camera: to scan family QR codes and take avatar photos.
- Microphone & Speech Recognition: to enter transactions by voice.
- Photo Library: to pick an avatar (only the photo you choose).
4. We do NOT
- Sell your personal data to third parties.
- Collect your precise location.
- Request sensitive information beyond what is listed above.
5. Data storage & deletion
Data is stored on your device and on Google Firebase servers. You can:
- Erase data on this device (Settings → Erase device data).
- The group owner can permanently delete the entire family group's data from the server.
- Delete your account within the app; this removes your account identifier and related personal data.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page.
